We are proud to introduce Nancy Grossman and Daryl Kidd as the newest members of our Panel of Neutrals. Ms. Grossman is an attorney who worked in Fulton County Superior Court. She specializes in mediating and arbitrating family law matters. Mr. Kidd, Founder of the Cobb County Bar Association's Family Law Section, brings 26 years of legal experience to his mediation and arbitration practice.

Cobb Mediation is a private dispute resolution center located in Marietta, Georgia. Cobb Mediation provides North Metro Atlanta an efficient, reliable and fair means of resolving legal disputes. We help individuals and businesses resolve legal disputes ranging from personal injury claims to divorces to complex multi-party commercial disputes.
We aim to help resolve conflicts by providing dispute resolution services which are objectively superior to our private sector competitors and the public alternatives. We offer dispute resolution services on simple, reasonable terms and cater to each client's needs to consistently exceed their expectations.
Dispute Resolution Services
Our Panel of Mediators can help individuals and companies resolve a wide range of disputes. On average, our Mediators have 24 years of professional experience. We encourage you to browse our Mediator profiles to discover each mediator's areas of expertise, background and mediation style.
We schedule mediations weekdays in the morning (9 am – noon), the afternoon (1 – 4 pm) or all day (9 am – 5 pm). The standard cost for mediation is simply your mediator’s hourly fees while working on your case. See our Mediation Service Policies.
Your case is complicated enough, so we've made our service as simple and easy-to-use as possible. You can schedule a mediation session on-line or call a case coordinator at 770-693-3470.
There are no hidden fees for standard services and amenities. You will receive free on-site parking, wireless internet access, and a menu of snacks and beverages throughout your mediation session. See our Snack & Beverage Menu.
If you or your clients have been ordered to mediate, we have court-registered mediators available nearly every business day who will be happy to work with you. Just let us know what day works best for you. More information about court-ordered mediations.

If you are a state-registered mediator and would like to conduct a mediation session at Cobb Mediation's facility, we offer a mediation hosting service at a fair and affordable flat rate. Cobb Mediation offers Georgia Bar Members the opportunity to conduct depositions, client meetings and presentations at a convenient, professional office without the overhead expense of maintaining their own office in North Metro Atlanta. We have a number of beautiful meeting and conference rooms, convenient on-site parking and a range of standard guest amenities. Attorneys can reserve meeting rooms at simple, flat rates.
