  LEGAL PRACTICE DESCRIPTION:
As Director of the Center for Legal Solutions, I am responsible for all of its operations, including program design. I enjoy helping individuals and businesses find solutions to their legal problems. through a balanced approach of self-help, alternative dispute resolution and traditional attorney representation. The Center for Legal Solutions is a private dispute resolution center located in Marietta, Georgia.
Free initial consultations offered to prospective clients.

Legal Practice Experience:

I enjoyed the opportunity to practice civil litigation at an Atlanta firm where I helped secure several seven-figure settlements for plaintiffs.
Publications & Presentations:

I maintain two law-related blogs: Finding Legal Solutions, which focuses on dispute resolution, and the Georgia Supreme Court Blog. My article on Domestic Relations Arbitration was published in the August 2008 Georgia Bar Journal.
Rates and Fees Information:

I provide free consultation and case coordination for mediation and arbitration. Hourly rates for litigation projects vary.
Pro Bono Service:

My goal in pro bono service is to help people and organizations help themselves. Links to research and resources on the Center's web site help make relevant and useful information readily available.

I believe that lawyers should help clients find effective solutions to problems and contribute positively to their communities.

  • Community Involvement:

    For the past nine years, I have served on the Board of Directors of a non-profit organization that serves the recovery community. I also teach writing and reading in a tuition free SAT Academy.
    Hobbies & Interests:

    I enjoy reading biographies, painting, rollerblading and spending time with my family. I'm the commissioner of the International Leisure Club, a fantasy baseball league that will start its eighth season this year.
