We are proud to introduce Nancy Grossman and Daryl Kidd as the newest members of our Panel of Neutrals. Ms. Grossman is an attorney who worked in Fulton County Superior Court. She specializes in mediating and arbitrating family law matters. Mr. Kidd, Founder of the Cobb County Bar Association's Family Law Section, brings 26 years of legal experience to his mediation and arbitration practice.
Jennifer Matte's Report on Opportunities in the ADR Field in Georgia is a great resource for dispute resolution professionals. Ms. Matte is a Vermont Law School graduate who worked at Cobb Mediation, LLC as part of her externship with Georgia State's Consortium for Negotiation and Conflict Resolution.

How Much Mediation Costs.
The cost of mediation is simply your mediator's Hourly Rate during time spent working on your case. If your case requires special preparation or research by your mediator, that additional time is billed at the mediator's hourly rate. There are no additional charges for all the amenities you'll enjoy at Cobb Mediation.

You mediate with the other side for 3.5 hours. If your mediator's rate is $105 per party per hour, mediating at Cobb Mediation, LLC would cost each side $367.50. There are no additional costs or fees unless your case requires extra preparation time, travel or other extraordinary work.

The hourly rates charged by Cobb Mediation's mediators vary. You can browse our mediator profiles to find out our mediators' hourly rates.
Please note that there is a three-hour minimum requirement for mediation sessions. If you would like to work with a mediator from Cobb Mediation at a distant location, an hourly rate for travel time may apply, which is generally half of your mediator's standard hourly rate.
We realize that mediation is expensive and do our best to offer competitive rates while maintaining a superior service and facility. Cobb Mediation receives no government funds. Presently, we do not offer any fee waivers. You are welcome to consult our Mediation Service Policies.
We encourage you to compare the cost of mediating at Cobb Mediation to the cost of mediating your case at other private mediation facilities of our caliber.
