Help with Common Log-In Problems
Some areas of the Center for Legal Solutions web site require users to log-in. For example, you must log-in to schedule a mediation session online or modify your profile. This web page should help users solve common log-in problems.
Log-In Account Required
You must have a log-in account to log-in to the Center's web site. Your log-in account consists of a unique User Name, Password and basic contact information. If you do not have a log-in account, you can create a free log-in account. Your log-in account is separate from your profile.
You Must Verify Your Log-In Account
For security reasons, after you sign-up for your free log-in account, you will automatically receive an email with a link to verify your account. To verify your log-in account, simply click on the link in the verification email. If you're missing this automatically generated verification email, check your spam folder.
Forget Your Password?
If you forget your log-in password, you can have your password emailed to you.

If your log-in user name does not match the email address on your profile(s), you will not see links to edit your profile(s) and you will not be able to edit your profile(s).
