Cobb Mediation, LLC Is Now The Center for Legal Solutions, Inc.
Cobb Mediation, LLC is now The Center for Legal Solutions, Inc., a non-profit corporation.
The Center for Legal Solutions, Inc. will carry on the services of Cobb Mediation, LLC, including mediation, arbitration, training and meeting hosting for professionals.
Changing names and converting to a non-profit organization were difficult decisions which we took after much consideration. Ultimately, these changes were made to better equip us to help our clients resolve disputes in a fair and efficient manner.
Although we are based in Cobb County, our clients reside all over Metro Atlanta. We don't want to give the false impression that we favor Cobb residents who want help resolving a dispute they have with a resident of Fulton, Gwinnett or any other area. Our services are not limited to cases pending in Cobb courts, we serve all courts, including federal courts.
Mediation will continue to be a key service, but we also provide arbitration services, training and meeting hosting services for professionals. As our organization and industry matures, we continue to offer new, innovative services such as hybrid mediation-arbitration, case evaluation services and discovery auditing services. We also support a variety of research projects aimed at publishing articles to contribute to our field. Simply put, we are more than just a mediation service.
Our goal in providing dispute resolution services has always been and will continue to be helping individuals and business resolve disputes fairly and afficiently. Though we need to charge clients for services we provide in order to stay in business, maximizing profit has never been our goal. We have actually found litigation to be far more financially rewarding than dispute resolution, but we enjoy the variety of cases we encounter as well as the satisfaction of helping resolve conflict.
